Property Owner Responsibilities

Property owners agree to:

• Maintain property in good condition
• Comply with all local laws and regulations
• Provide necessary access for cleaning and maintenance
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

Management Fees and Payment Terms

Management fees and payment terms are outlined in individual property management agreements. Fees are subject to change with appropriate notice as specified in your agreement.

Damage Protection

Damage protection options may be available to help cover unforeseen damages beyond normal wear and tear. Coverage terms, limitations, and exclusions vary by property and are subject to the specific terms outlined in your property management agreement and protection plan documents.

Termination

Either party may terminate the management agreement according to the terms specified in the individual property management contract. Termination procedures and notice periods are outlined in your specific agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Epic Horizons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount of management fees paid in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Epic Horizons harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your property, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Epic Horizons operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
